Workflow Details
Automated Stock Reception & Putaway
Upon purchase order confirmation, the system tracks incoming goods, logs them into inventory upon receipt, and can guide putaway to designated warehouse locations.
Validated Multi-Location Stock Transfers
Initiate, track, and complete stock movements between different warehouses, specific bins, or production lines with full validation against available quantities.
Real-time Adjustments & Cycle Counting
Perform stock adjustments with reason codes (e.g., shrinkage, damage, found stock) and supports cycle counting processes for maintaining inventory accuracy.
Comprehensive Automated Transaction Ledger
Every stock movement—in, out, transfer, adjustment, or consumption—is automatically recorded in a centralized, immutable transaction log for complete auditability.
Product Location & Status Visibility
Provides real-time visibility into product quantities at specific locations (warehouse, bin, shelf), including status (e.g., available, reserved, quarantined).
