Workflow Details
Job Order Initiation
New job orders are created, detailing the product to be manufactured, quantity, and target deadlines. Relevant product specifications are linked.
Automated Production Step Generation
The system automatically pulls predefined production step templates based on the product, creating a sequence of trackable tasks for the job.
Real-time Floor Status Updates
Operators update the status of each production step (e.g., Start, In Progress, Complete, Flagged) directly from the app, providing live progress visibility.
Integrated Issue & Timesheet Logging
Allows for immediate logging of any production issues encountered and captures time spent on each task, linking data directly to the job order for costing and root cause analysis.
Job Completion & Performance Analysis
Once all steps are verified as complete, the job order is finalized. Data on time, materials, and issues is aggregated for performance and efficiency reporting.
